Where do you go after beating the two headed dragon?

The dragon at the clock tower. Theres one path that takes you back to the lift.

After beating the boss You can open chest at the base of tower. There's quest item that will allow You to get photography (starting/home area) for credentials (O.D.) and use train eventually.

Quite the opposite.
The train is towards the bottom right of the map.

1.Take item from chest after defeating dragons
2. Go to Dominique and make photo
3. Go to O.D. to get ID Card
4. Go to train station (those gates on Bridge of something).

Thanks guys found it but I cant get pass the gate even though I have the identification card. What do I do?

O.o I have the card and when i approch the gates it just says i need somethign to pass thru or something.
