Equaling 666 variations on the character look. Or, it could be some development that was just abandoned to meet the release dates.
The point of his curse is to illustrate just how hopeless his situation is.
whomever curse him is a real troll. the curse is not "meant" to be broken as evidenced by the conversation when Miriam is all like "okay then, why not just snip a little here or snip a little there and bam, 666 different hairstyles" an then he points out that there is all this fine print like"the hairstyles have to be unique, they have to look good, or else the client gets killed and it doesn't count"
all part of the devious conspiracy by Iga and his cohorts to fool us into thinking his game is good. . .
they have to be totally unique and original
and they have to "look good"
if that's the case, then try looking for 666 different unique hairstyles..that look good. . .
although, "look good" is subjective, so maybe it's dependent on the client.
the client has to feel good and confident, even if she is trying to help him and just says it looks good, maybe the curse has some way of looking into her heart and knowing she is telling a white lie , if she doesn't truly feel good and confident about wearing the hairstyle he gave out in public, then she will die and it won't count
