Backer ID?

How do we know if we applied the Backer ID correctly? as far as I can tell nothing is different in game and there is no confirmation of any sort :/

Whats more if I return to the save list after playing the game the Backer ID is no longer on the save???

Someone said that when they added it they saw their backer info on the corner of the screen but this is not what I see.

We need instructions hahaha....

the backer id is on the first fangamer email they sent with the survey and could possibly be on the others I didnt check but here is something from the kickstarter comments

For those with questions about Backer ID (taken from the FAQ page on discord):

Questions: Where can I find my Backer ID?

Answer: The Backer ID can be found either in Fangamer emails or survey. Its format is KICKBLOODSTAINED-#123456, where only the #123456 needs to be written in the game.

Regarding where to enter Backer ID:

If you highlight a save file, there's a button you hit to select options. There you'll see copy, paste, delete and backer id.

On the Load Game menu it will show your name that you chose to be in the credits along with your clan and weapon choice. Enter your ID starting with the # symbol and pay attention to caps.

I have my Backer ID and am trying to input it as I'm starting a new game, but it only gets to KICKBLOODSTAINED- and doesn't have enough room for the # and numbers afterwards. What am I doing wrong?

...The ID is the number.

so do you add the hashtag in addition to the numbers?

It starts with #, so yes, the # is a part of it.

Make sure you cap the letters. Kickbloodstained is NOT a part of it.

One way or the other it does not do anything

it will also show up in the bottom left of the save slot screen with your backer id the name of the clan you picked (if you picked one) and your name or alias you put on the survey if you input it correctly

I have input the Backer ID i have several times and no change has occurred. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong, for those wondering I am starting it with #.

Wonder if it depends on the Tier. I gave 60$ ... maybe you needed to give more ???
