There is an entire load of drunk Russian sailors in the Lucky Money.
And she is just a dominatrix type. Considering you can hire "escorts" in the club, it is not that out of place.

That club is a pretty whack place. The russian sailors are at the top of the club though. The game gets better after Hong Kong by the way, it just has a rough patch.

are you kidding me? hong kong has been GREAT! its a tad straight forward but its still awesome!

Yeah, HK is often viewed as the high point of the game, the last true city in Deus Ex before it starts its endless combat mission marathon.

having gotten to the "endless combat mission" I can say that I like this to.

I'm honestly enjoying every part of this game so far.

I usually do as well, up until Area 51. It feels like as if they ran out of RPG options and they just converted an unused Daikatana map for the endgame. Funny enough, this means I have played through the entire game maybe 5-6 times, but reached A51 several dozen times.

I distinctly remember accidentally playing the game until 5:00am once as a teenager when I first hit Hong Kong. Needless to say, it's one of my favorite sections of the game.

Also, I decided JC was going to party with those Russian sailors instead of fight them, so I used like three vials of zyme I had been holding onto and jumped around on the pool table for a while. Kill switch be damned!

There are loads of great secret places to discover in Hong Kong, and it's a great soundtrack as well :-)

The sound sample played when you adjust the speech volume in the options ("I spill ... my drink!") is from the group of Russian sailors on the top floor.

Well,there´s still Paris after HK but it doesn´t last long.
