Airbase gates won't open.

I went through the homeless camp and tunnels, found the terrorist base, cleared it, made my way up the elevator. Now i'm stuck. I've died maybe 20 or so times in this one area. There's 2 large gates and my obective is to find the last amrosia capsule and assisinate the terrorist. But i can't get the gates open, i've searched everywhere except the towers and i can never get past the tower's defences to get inside.

Leaving the docks, one option you have us to take a right around the hangar to where the barracks is (you'll see a small toll gate you can pass by, and the building is right there).This building contains a way in to the hangar.

The gates are opened by a button next to them. It is in a small box standing on a pole. The key to the box is at one of the guards standing next to it.

I killed all guards in this area, for some reason I still don't have the key. I've looted all their bodies too.

If you have the speed aug and the strength aug, you can just take a few crates, stack them up, and jump over it. The button on the other end to open the gate is not locked. Or you can just enable cheats and noclip it.
