Is it just random? Or does more houses/gold mean that island will be more difficult? Only thing I can see is what units I’ll be fighting, but sometimes there’s a lot of each unit, sometimes less.

Fun game, but too slow zzz Just beat it, would go for hard difficulty now if there wasn't so much waiting

I don't own the game yet, just wondering. I've seen you get some random items, traits and skills. Is there any choice in terms of how you assign those, given how few of them you get and the fact they're bound to a squad? If the game is just about positioning and how you distribute the squads between islands, then it would feel a bit too simplistic of a strategy game to me....

I unlocked everything in the game, but I want a fresh start. I thought that the game would be reset because I reinstalled Windows, but after the installation I have all the progress such as Codex being full and having saves. How can I reset it all?
