You need a new dictionary, and optimization is still a BIG problem, even on mid-spec PCs.

That's great but why no AT switch from lvl 6 to 3 for the soviets too? That would have solved Kursk so much

In WW2, Neutral Steering / The ability to pivot in place wasn't really that common. Absolutely nothing like it is with Modern tanks anyway.

Many tanks simply couldn't do it (I.e Shermans / T34's), And the few which could (Tiger / Panther) were actively advised against doing so in all but emergency type situations as it put immense pressure on.. well.. basically everything. You could throw a track, You could damage road wheels / track pins, Not to mention putting immense pressure on actual drive machinery. Also if done on soft terrain it would dig the track of the inner turn into the ground and clog up the road wheels with mud and stuff.

In the same way that they have decided to unrealistically buff / nerf the armour / guns of tanks in this game so that everyones stuff is 'balanced', I would hazard a guess they have simply said noone can neutral steer for the same reason. I doubt they'd go through the effort of adding mechanical failure and soft terrain physics to actually represent the downsides of using such a feature on the few vehicles which would have access to it.

No Normandy, Kursk and Ardennes without Panther WTF. Even not the common Ausf. H of Panzer IV for this time.
