The 16th Infantry Regiment Realism unit is recruiting

Hey there!
the 16th Infantry Regiment (16th IR) is a virtual realism unit with both EU and US members.

Each of Each member of the 16th IR is assigned a rank and each soldier is assigned to a squad. Squads work together as one unit under their squad leadership to complete objectives and tasks, using real military tactics.

Squad members meet once per week for drills where they practice working together as one unit. The entire company also meets once per week where several squads have the opportunity to play and coordinate together. When members are not attending squad or platoon drills, they are free to join on the 16th IR server, playing with the public.

What do we offer

We provide our members with an active, engaging, professional, and fun community, As Hell Let Loose continues its developmental journey, and as the 16th IR continues to grow in members, our ambitions grow. It is our goal to eventually allow us to participate in scrimmages against other realism units.

In addition to our strong community from all over the world, we also offer the the opportunity to take leadership positions and climb up the ranks of our unit. With over 90 members, we've been rapidly growing in the last months, and were able to create several new squads and platoons.

We also highly value real-life obligations. While we have activity requirements (see below), we always offer the opportunity to leave a note of absence, should you not be available for any reason. Recently we also updated our reserve program to offer a flexible alternative to members who can't attend drills frequently. As an international unit, we offer 2 drills per weekend so that members from all time zones have an opportunity to participate. Saturdays at 8pm EST and Sundays at 3pm EST (8pm GMT).

What you should bring

To keep a mature environment within the unit, we ask our members to be 15 years or older. However, we care more about maturity than age. Team play is also top priority within our unit, which is why a working microphone is mandatory. Members should also have an interest in realism and/or military tactics. However no prior knowledge is required, as our squad leaders and officers offer basic training for all new recruits.

In addition, we also wish to promote activity within the unit and the server. This includes participating in our weekly drills (if available, otherwise we ask you to post a leave of absence on our website calendar) and playing 1 hour per week on our server in order to populate it.

ive been part of the unit for over a year and its like a family with everyone, once you get to know everyone, you become party to a whole new family, im glad i joined the 16th IR and stayed here through the highs and Lows, i hope this may convince some of the people reading this to join this family and community of games.

im Cpl. Habibi and ive been with this unit for over a year and its amazing, had lots of fun and this is like a second family to me.

Yesterday, the 16thIR fought and won a friendly scrimmage against the 509th. Our S3 staff members are currently working on scheduling even more matches against other units, with the next one already happening in June.
