I dont have a LauncherInfo.hllinfo file
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\EasyAntiCheat EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe does not exists. I added Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe to windows defender.
LL_BugReportUploader.exe does not exist on the system. I reinstalled the game last night.
I even disabled firewall briefly but still nothing.
Windows 11 Pro. PC is 3 days old.

So I set DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. and then i was able to connect.
PUT THIS INFO IN YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANUAL for the next guy.

By any chance did you also try increasing the MTU?
You can find steps on how to do this on the following here [homenetworkadmin.com], If by doing this you still see no change try installing both Steam and the game to the same drive, preferably your C: drive.
