Report a translation problem
Sorry to see you had some issues with your class levels while playing Hell Let Loose.
Usually, this happens when there is a disconnection with your Steam client or the servers - we find players who experience this disconnect often get their progress back when they next close out the game and log back in.
Some players have found that their progress was restored after logging back in and playing a couple of matches first.
Luckily, all progress made in Hell Let Loose is stored server side so your progress will still be there and you won't have lost anything.
If you do find you have any further issues with this and playing some matches when logging back in doesn't restore it please do let us know and we can investigate further :)

Thanks for getting in touch - sorry to see you've experienced the same issue.
We're glad to see that your class levels have come back. As mentioned, this usually occurs when there is a disconnect with the Steam client and your levels should be restored once it's resynced - unfortunately, as this is directly related to the Steam client, it's not something we have control over though we do appreciate the frustration it causes and will be sure to make this feedback available to the team.
Regarding the issues with custom settings and cosmetics being reset, this is something the team are aware of and working hard to address - we have logged your report with the team and we're hoping for a fix as soon as possible.
@bossfertu - can you please confirm if after playing a couple of full games, your class levels come back as normal?

We're sorry to hear this has happened!
The settings being reset is unfortunately still something currently being investigated.
We've passed over your report to the team.
Your progression is unable to be lost as this is saved to servers and not your PC for example.
Please can you completely close down Steam (Exit, do not just press the 'x' as this does not close Steam correctly) and then reload?
Can you please also make sure that you are properly connected to the internet and that you're online on Steam?
If there is a break in the connection it will show as everything reset.
Make sure that you are launching the game from Steam and NOT from an .exe shortcut.
Can you please also run the game as an administrator and see if your rank is correct?
- Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
- Go to Properties then the Local Files tab.
- Click Browse Local Files.
- Locate the game executable (the application).
- Right-click it and go to Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the Run this program as an administrator box.

Yesterday my progression reset and i have still not gotten it back as of today. Almost a full day has passed and i cant get it working. Ive tried the admin prog as you mentioned.
Anything to do??
I have already tried the following steps:
Restarting the game.
Verifying the integrity of the game files via Steam.
Closing my steam account.
Restart my internet.
Ensuring my game is updated to the latest version.
Unfortunately, the problem persists. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. If necessary, I can provide additional details or screenshots to help diagnose the problem.
