All my classes are back to level 1

I'm a level 110 player. All of a sudden all my classes except AT has gone back to level 1. This is really frustrating since I worked hard to get my favorite classes up to level 6-8. Is there a fix for this bug?

That's not a bug, some where along the line you used cheat mods ,all these players thinking they are safe in this program is sadly mistaken, you account was reset because of it. sadly i asked for you to be deleted not reset,now i still have to deal with your cheats ,cause lets face it once a cheater always a cheater.

I have never used a cheat mod, or any mod for this game.

From my understanding this is an issue with your stats being desynced from the server, similar to when the loadout bug was a thing, but I'm unsure of the cause or a fix. You might just have to give it some time or ask on the HLL discord.

Obviously, that was the first thing I tried.
Anyway, my class levels are back to normal now. Just waiting for a while seems to fix it, however annoying it is. Thanks to everyone who made the effort to reply to this thread!

Hey all,

Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to hear you're having issues with your class levels and glad to see that this has resolved since.

As Roovka mentioned, usually, this happens when there is a disconnection with your Steam client or the servers - we find players who experience this disconnect often get their progress back when they next close out the game and log back in.

Some players have found that their progress was restored after logging back in and playing a couple of full matches first.

Luckily, all progress made in Hell Let Loose is stored server side so your progress will still be there and you won't have lost anything.

Please do let us know if you are still having this issue after playing some matches when logging back in and if so we can investigate this further :)
