Was this offensive mode?
If the clock during the match resets after a cap that is offensive mode. I think the team gets around 26 minutes per cap so you might have been playing an hour and a half.
That's offensive mode :)
Thanks for reaching out! We've moved your thread to the Report a Problem forum so we can provide the best assistance possible.
I’m really sorry to hear that you encountered an issue during your match in Hell Let Loose. It must be frustrating to experience a crash, especially right before the end. I totally understand how you feel!
The good news is that your progression is saved on our servers, so it shouldn’t be lost. To help sort this out, please try closing Steam completely (make sure to select Exit and not just hit the 'x' button) and then restart it. Also, double-check that you’re connected to the internet and that you're online on Steam.
If there’s an issue with the connection, it might make it seem like everything has reset.
Could you also try running the game as an administrator? Here’s how to do that:
- Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
- Go to Properties and then the Installed Files tab.
- Click 'Browse' to find the game executable.
- Right-click it and choose Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the box that says "Run this program as an administrator."
If that doesn’t do the trick, it would be great to check if there’s enough space on the drive where the game is installed. If you're running low on space, try freeing some up or installing the game on a different drive with available space.Let us know how it goes!

I tried what you said and restarted Steam afterwards. It still has not updated my xp it seems. However, I do appreciate your response.
Thank you for your reply.
Apologies, when you say it hasn't updated do you mean that you're still not receiving XP from any matches?
You will not receive any XP that may have been lost already, it is not possible to give any XP lost from a match or to retrieve this.
You should still receive XP from during the match if you crash but will not receive any end game XP due to leaving the match mid-way.
Do let us know if you're still experiencing an issue and we will look to help further.

Thanks so much for your response! I completely understand your frustration about not receiving the XP from the original match. It sounds like it was quite a long one, and I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to restore any XP that has been lost due to crashes. I truly wish we could help with that! I know this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, but please know we appreciate your understanding.
If you have any more questions or need assistance with anything else, feel free to reach out!
Regards,
