Cannot load into game

The game takes an excessively long time to load (up to 15 minutes) and during loading, the entire computer is stuck in a black screen (no way to remove it or change windows).
When loading into a server, the loading time is again excessively long and ultimately the "lost connexion to server" message pops up.
Recently tried a reinstall and a Steam verification.

To manually update your AMD graphics card:

1. Please visit https://www.amd.com/en/support, select your specific card from the drop-down menu, and click Submit.
2. After that, you’ll see the corresponding AMD driver. Just choose your platform or Windows version and click Download.
3. Once the installation is complete, make sure to close the game client completely and restart your computer.
