Loadouts/Outfit's reset

Hey Guys,

from time to time i start my game, have to accept the Terms again and all my Outfits/Loadouts are gone. Is it a common problem ? It happens randomly , without Updates

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with your loadouts.

Please can you make sure that your game is not set to hidden or private by going to the title in your Steam library - go to the settings cog on the right - manage - if either are turned on it will show 'unhide' or 'unmark as private' if either of those show, please click to unhide or unmark as private and then test if the issue continues.

If that doesn't help, can you please try the below steps:

1. Click on the Windows logo, type %localappdata% and Enter
   
2. Open HLL folder and go to Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor
   
3. Delete the GameUserSettings.ini file
   
4. Launch game and retest saving your settings
