getting an anti-cheat 'untrusted system file' message suddenly.

ve been playing HLL for months (different platform) and never had any issue. Now suddenly when i try to open the game before it gets to the main menu it shuts down and I get a "easy anti cheat' message saying:

'Untrusted system file
globalroot/device.harddiskvolume4/programfiles(x86)\NVIDIA
corporation\phys\common\physxupdateloader'

safe to say, i dont know a ♥♥♥ thing that means so im a bit stuck. any help appreciated.

ive tried verifying the game file and it hasnt worked.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing crashes!

We would greatly appreciate it if you could send us your DxDiag file so we can identify the cause of this issue.

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R.
   
2. In the Run dialogue that appears, type dxdiag and click OK.
   
3. Once the DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens, click on "Save All Information."
   
4. Set the file type to Text File (*.txt).
   
5. Save the file as DxDiag.txt on your Desktop for easy access.
   
6. Finally, please attach the DxDiag.txt file in your reply to this email.

In the meantime, can you please try deleting the file "physxupdateloader.dll or physxupdateloader64.dll" located in C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common and try launching the game again?
