Wow, that really sucks. Just when I decided to learn the game and play it more. I also saw posts on steam and reddit dating back to even 6 months ago I think.
Should be allowed a full refund if you provide proof of a game-breaking bug/glitch if support is unable to fix it. Would improve customer experience and maybe also motivate the game's support team to give a ♥♥♥♥ and actually put in effort to solving issues rather than ignoring an email/request and responding with a generic copy-pasted solution (Not referring to the HLL team, this is MANY different games)
