Hey Swang.mrcc.

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with the game crashing.
Thanks for sharing your dxdiag information with us in advance!

It looks like your graphics drivers are currently out of date, could you please download and install the latest drivers for your RTX 2060 card?

To do this please go to the Nvidia webpage via the below link and follow the instructions.
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/223954/en-us/

Can you please if possible also uninstall Oray VHID as this may cause such issues.

If the issue continues after performing the above steps, I can also see from your DxDiag that you have quite a few Windows errors appearing including a LiveKernelEvent with error code 144 - this is usually indicative of some issues caused by your graphics drivers, RAM or plugged in USB devices.

Please try unplugging any unnecessary devices you do not need to run the game, everything except your keyboard and mouse. If the issue continues, try moving your keyboard & mouse to different USB ports to see if one port is causing the issue.

We would also recommend running a memory test check. You can find a few options on how to do this in the following guide[www.howtogeek.com] though we strongly recommend using MemTest86[www.memtest86.com] for a comprehensive scan of your RAM.

• Please note that MemTest86 can take a while to complete its full scan - the timing is dependent on how much RAM you have on your system.

If you find the issue persists following this or the MemTest didn't highlight any issues with your memory, can you please perform a clean install of your graphics drivers? For steps on how to do this, please see the following article:
• Using DDU to perform a Clean Install of your Graphics Drivers.[team17.helpshift.com]

If, after following all of the above steps, the issue still continues, please share with us an updated dxdiag, preferably one created after the game has crashed, as well as a screenshot of the error you receive.

To take a screenshot in-game, please make sure, that you have Steam Overlay enabled in your game
  1. Go to Steam -> Settings.
  2. Click the In-Game tab.
  3. Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game"
  4. Go to Library.
  5. Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
  6. Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.
In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and Upload your screenshot, make it public. Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...")

Do let us know how you get on with the steps!

Regards,
Team17 Support
