Can you please try to flush your DNS Cache by following these steps:
Click the Windows button and type Command. Then open Command Prompt by selecting Run as administrator on the right-hand panel.
Then type the following lines:
• netsh winsock reset
• ipconfig /flushdns
Then reboot your PC and retest the game.
If that doesn't help, can you please try and close down Steam and run as admin has helped:
To run Steam as an administrator:
- Navigate to your Steam install folder (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
- Right click the Steam executable.
- Follow the above steps to set it to Run as Administrator
- Restart Steam.
To run the game as an administrator:- Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
- Go to Properties then the 'Installed Files' tab.
- Click 'Browse'
- Locate the game executable (the application).
- Right-click it and go to Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the Run this program as an administrator box.

If you are still experiencing connection issues after performing the steps in the article provided above and opening your NAT, can you please tell us the following information:
- What country are you currently living in?
- Steam Download Region (Steam Settings, Downloads)
- What is your internet speed? Internet Speed Test[www.speedtest.net]
- Are you using a VPN?
- What is your NAT set to?

Please can you try clearing your download cache:
- Open your Steam client and open the Settings panel
- In the Settings panel, select the Downloads tab
- Under the Downloads tab, you should see the Clear Download Cache button
- Then select OK to confirm when prompted - you will receive a message letting you know that you will need to log back into Steam after it is completed
If the error still shows up, click the Windows button and type Command. Then open Command Prompt by selecting Run as administrator on the right-hand panel.Get back to us when you can.
