Hey all,

Despite our best attempts and intentions to resolve the issue, we continue to receive reports where the game crashes with an error message similar/same to:

As we continue to investigate and work through our logs, we would appreciate it if you would be able to provide any useful information that would allow us to give further context in order to fix this annoying problem.

This could be, any patterns that you might have noticed, or your system information file so that we can collate it and send it to our developers. To do this:

  1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
  2. Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
  3. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
  4. Copy the link to your post

Windows fully updated

Ensure that your Windows includes all the recent system updates:

Click on the Windows Key, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update

Anti-Virus/Firewall Whitelisting

Ensure that all of the below files are whitelisted in your Anti-Virus/Firewall:

  • Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.exe

  • Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe

  • Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\Launch_HLL.exe

  • Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Binaries\Win64\HLL-Win64-Shipping.exe

  • Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL_BugReportUploader.exe

  • Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL.exe

Changing your NVidia PhysX setting
  1. Open your Nvidia Control Panel
  2. Go to "Set PhysX Configuration
  3. Select GPU

Currently game is unplayable.... I have tried to play 6 games today. I have crashed on every. single. one of them. Please save this game....

Unfortunately, based on your information, your system is below the minimum system requirements - you have a GTX 960 when the game requires a minimum of a GTX1050ti to run.

At this point, we can only recommend that you upgrade your system to meet the minimum requirements.

wooow genius. I played the game for about 100 hours. Is my system now inadequate? Seriously ingenious solution buddy. If I had a chance to upgrade my system, be sure I would.
