Sorry to see you're having some issues with servers appearing in Hell Let Loose.
As mentioned by (WTH) Red! Red!, can you please confirm if you have crossplay enabled and if not, can you retest with it switched on and see if there is any change?
To clear your Steam Download Cache:
- Open your Steam client and click on Steam in the top-left of the window
- Select Settings
- Go to Downloads in the left-hand panel
- Scroll down to Clear Download Cache and select Clear Cache
- Then click on Confirm
- Then restart your Steam client and retest the game
If you find you are still only seeing 10 servers following this, please also try to change the following Steam setting:- Go to Steam Settings > In-Game
- Change the max ping from Automatic (5000) to 250 (the Lower)
- Restart Steam (log out and log back on)
- Start the game, click Enlist and wait for the server list to refresh
If the issue persists following these steps, please do get back to us and we can investigate further.Regards,

Wait! I thought there is no crossplay!!

Crossplay is now enabled between PC players on Steam and those on PC Game Pass! Additionally, console players can enjoy crossplay amongst themselves. However, at present, crossplay between console and PC players is not available.
We hope this clears up any confusion!

Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Unfortunately, due to limitations on Game Pass PC, only a certain number of servers are currently shown. The team is looking into this with Microsoft however as to how this can be changed.
We would recommend for your Steam friend's to invite you to the server they are on if you cannot see it to be able to join meanwhile.

I have followed every step you said but nothing helps I only see 2 servers can you help me ?
Did anyone fixed it already i have done everything above and still only see 2 servers with no people on them little sad because wanted to play this game so bad

Enable crossplay
uninstall steam and reinstall
uninstall the game and reinstall multiple times
set the max ping to 5000, 3000, 250 none works
Clear cache
The only way i can play the game is if my friend who is able to see the official servers is playing and i can join him through the friends tab
I have also tried playing the game on Epic since everybody got it for free on the platform and i can see the official servers when i play through there perfectly, only problem is, i dont get the progression i have earned from Steam on Epic
So the problem is Steam and none of the above, since it works perfectly on Epic
I have also tried messing the the Easy anti cheat to try and use the repair function, but when i double click the setup file in the HLL game files then the program doesnt open, it quickly appears and closes down instantly. I tried looking for a solution to make easy anti cheat open, but i havent had any luck
I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it
removed the EAC files from the HLL folder and then verify integrity to get new files
I have used registry editor to delete ALL EAC entries in the REG and then tried to use the installer, still no luck
