From your website (https://team17.helpshift.com/hc/en/3-team17/faq/97-troubleshooting-network-connectivity/):
1. Check Steam Server Status
-> Its up and accessible
2. Test your Router
-> Speedtest: Download=> 237.68 Mbps | Upload=> 43.25 Mbps
-> I even forward all necessary ports from steam to host dedicated servers by your own, i tested my external reachable with websites, useing my external IP to connect and even ask friends to test my ports and connection this works but the issue stay the same
-> My PC is pluged via cable into the 1Gbit RJ45 port from the router, i even upgraded my intranet to 1Gbit/s cables but no changes befor or after
3. Troubleshoot your Firewalls and Anti-Viru
-> I dont have the Firewall active and disabled the windows defender and also i got no external anti virus software installed
4. Disable any background applications
-> I tested my issue on a freshly installed Windows OS with and without debolate it no changes
-> I even try to exit all unnecessary processes and services i can on my current Win installation, no changes.
5. Clearing your Download Cache
-> I did this multiple times while i did the other tests above, no changes
6. Flushing your DNS Cache
-> I did this multiple times while i did the other tests above, no changes
7. NAT - Network Address Translation
-> I am not sure about this but while testing the ports and reachable of my connection i gave my PC the right to open ports by itself and mark my PC as exposed host to the internet (fritzbox router settings)

Can you please confirm if you have crossplay enabled or disabled when this occurs? We'd recommend trying both options to see if this helps pull up any servers for you to see.
Can you also please try to disable IPv6 in your network settings?
To do this on Windows 10:
- Open Settings
- Click on Network & internet
- Click on "Change adapter options."
- Right-click on the network connection you are using and select Properties
- In the list, find "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" and uncheck the box next to it.
- Click OK to apply the changes.
To do this on Windows 11:- Open Settings
- Click on Network & internet
- Click the "Advanced network settings" option
- Under the "Related settings" section, click the "More network adapter options" setting
- Right-click the network adapter and choose the Properties option
- Uncheck the "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" option
- Click the OK button
Once you complete the steps, the IPv6 protocol will no longer be available on the system. Although it's not a requirement, restarting the computer to ensure the changes apply correctly is a good idea.If your IPv6 was already disabled, can you please try the opposite and enable it? To do this, please follow the steps above for your specific Windows OS but check the box next to "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" instead this time.
Get back to us when you can and let us know how you get on.

Team17 Support
I test it with and without crossplay, no changes.
I test it with and without IPv6 protocol is enabled in my network setting (restart after both), no changes.
btw: while testing since 6. Feb. when i created this thread here, my game format itself 3 times i had to accept the EULA/TOS at the game start again and every setting is set back to default, very annoying.
Thanks for getting back to us and trying those steps.
Does your PC have wifi capabilities at all? If so, can you please attempt to play online from a mobile hotspot? To do this, please disconnect your mobile device from any wifi or internet connection and turn on your mobile hotspot - then connect your PC to your mobile device and select enlist and see if any servers appear or if you see the same issue. This may help us establish what is causing this.
Regarding the EULA/TOS reappearing, the team are currently aware of this occurring and settings being reset in the process when the game is closed and/or reset - they are working to address this at present. We have logged your report of this with them and we're hoping for a fix as soon as possible.
Thanks in advance for any further information you can provide - get back to us when you can.

Team17 Support
Sadly that is the only fix cant do and i could never do, even if my PC got wifi capabilities (i would by wifi adapter for that). you know i am from germany and our internet is on place 38. in world ranking.
i have no mobile internet at all arround my location, good place to hide from the goverment, bad place to try hell let loose problem fixing...
even if i am lucky and etablish some mobil internet connection somehow, it wouldnt help fixing the problem at all, it will make it worst and gives you false/positive results. so i guess that is not worth a try. sorry.
Thanks for getting back to us.
This is just a troubleshooting step to temporarily test as it can help us determine where the issue may be stemming from but if it is not possible, that's no worries at all.
Do any servers appear for you at any time or do you just receive the loading message infinitely whenever you click enlist?
If possible, could you please try using a VPN if you own one, or try a free one, to see if the issue continues while using one?
Thanks in advance for any further information you can provide - get back to us when you can.
Regards,
Team17 Support
if i am back from work i test it with an vpn connection and create a new post.
like i told you in my first post, the process stop working (no responding) if i click on enlist, after some time the process come back to life and then i see ton of servers (EU, US east, US west, russia, china, etc.), i reupload the video for you
https://youtu.be/zb0ylQNoEQo
Thanks for getting back to us and sharing that video again - we really appreciate it.
Can you please follow the steps in the link to perform a clean boot?[team17.helpshift.com]
A clean boot is being used to start your Windows device using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.
Once this is done please launch the game to see if the issue still continues.
If you find the issue stops occurring while the programs are disabled, we recommend re-enabling them one at a time to see if there is a specific program that might be interfering. To re-enable your start-up programs:
- Follow the steps above again but enable all of your programs and services.
- Then click Apply and restart your computer.
Please do let us know how you get on with both this and the VPN and if the issue persists we can investigate further.Regards,
Team17 Support
i did the clean boot, after i launch steam on the clean boot i need to activate the steam server otherwise steam will not launch. after that and no other application running i test it and no changes, the process is still not responding like in the video.
Thanks for getting back to us and trying those steps!
Can you please send us an updated DxDiag so we can continue to investigate this further? :)
Get back to us when you can.
