Stuck at Syncing data...

Hi,
Whenever i launch the game it stucks at windowed and Syncing data wheel turns forever and does not load the game.
I have played few hours already and today i cant get into the game due to this problem.

Let's try to check your game installation to make sure that there are no corrupted files causing the problem. To do this:

1. Right-click the game in your library
   
2. Go to 'Properties'
   
3. Go to the local files tab
   
4. Click 'Verify integrity of game files...'
