We're sorry to see you've experienced some collision issues while playing Hell Let Loose.
Does this happen on any particular map or in any particular location?
Would you be able to take any screenshots or a short clip of this occurring so that we can investigate this further?
To take a screenshot, please make sure, that you have Steam Overlay enabled in your game.
- Go to Steam -> Settings.
- Click the In-Game tab.
- Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game".
- Go to Library.
- Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
- Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.
In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and upload your screenshot - please make it public. Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...").
If you're able to grab a video of this, you can either upload it here on Steam and provide us with the link, upload it to YouTube as an unlisted video and provide us with a link or alternatively, you can email it to us over here[team17.helpshift.com] and attaching it to the contact form :)
If you do email, please be sure to reference this Steam thread in your email so we can link the two together!
Get back to us when you can.

Thanks for getting back to us.
If you could provide the location or some videos/screenshots of this occurring that would be great - we can then pass this over to the team to take a closer look into :)
Get back to us when you can.
