Rank/progress reset after finishing match

[Sleeper]

I’ve leveled up both career rank and role rank multiple times, but after I exit a completed match and go back to the Home Screen my progress is reset to what it was before.

Is there a fix for this? I’d like to continue progressing through my career/role ranks - especially to unlock new load outs.

There is Steam maintenance on a Tuesday, so it's most likely due to this.

Please make sure to completely restart your Steam and game and then reload the title to see if the issue continues!

I had the same problem today with about 6 games at least. All my progress reset after every game. I reset my computer, steam and the game it self. Still having the same issue.

Same issue here, all my progress from last night is gone, played quite a few games today and it reset after each match. Tried a fix in another post from the devs and still haven't been able to lv up/maintain my progress.

No XP progress here aswell. Played on several HLL Official EU Servers.

Ive been playing for 3 hours and im still lvl 1 everywhere. Are you guys kidding me?

Im also having this same issue have 5 hours on the game have played a number of complete matches and the xp i earn is not showing when i go to barracks in the home screen at this point im just playing for personal enjoyment which is not good enough i have tried everything above to fix the issue and nothing has worked

I reinstall Windows, reinstall Steam and the game, and the problem still there.

this seems like a robotic response but anyways. This is not a player sided problem. This has something todo with your guys side.

doesnt matter what server for me , it will not save my xp for any class i play
