Thanks for getting in touch - sorry to see you're having some issues with your VoIP.
I have moved your thread over into the Report a Problem channel so we can try troubleshooting this further with you.
If you haven't already, we'd recommend going through the steps listed in the following article, as these have often resolved VoIP issues for other players:
- Hell Let Loose: VoIP Issues[team17.helpshift.com]
Please do let us know how you get on with this and if the issue persists, we can have another look.Regards,

See my review.
Today the voip won't connect AT ALL, FOR ANYONE.
Thanks for getting in touch.
Can you please share with us the steps you have tried to resolve this so far so we can investigate this further?
Get back to us when you can.

So this isn't just me? It doesn't want to connect and says "Join an active game" while i'm in game at the moment.
In no game I have any issues with voice chat.
In HLL I have to delete the settings folder (.../username/appdata/local/HLL) every hour to get a working voice chat. Everytime I have to rearrange all my settings because of this and then the voice chat disconnects permanently again.
If this stays for one more day I will delete this gem of a game and place my thumbs down rating. As I have seen in the discussions and reddit this issues are persisting since years and no one is fixing it.
I wish ignorance of devs would be punished more strictly.
Thanks for getting in touch - sorry to see you are also having some VoIP issues.
Please can everyone make sure to try the steps in the article posted at the top of this thread and confirm this? This helps us prevent us from sending any repeat steps that have already been attempted.
If after this, the issue persists, please do let us know and we can advise further.
Get back to us when you can.
Regards,
Team17 Support
