We're sorry to hear you're having this issue!
We have moved your thread to the report a problem forum so we can help further.

We would recommend turning off any option in the Viber application that allows the application to take precedence over others, this is what it causing this issue to occur.

It sounds like it is taking over your screen when receiving a message which causes the game to minimise or close.
