I did the following: uninstalled the firewall, disabled the virus program, changed the DNS settings, checked the file path of the game (via steam), deleted and reinstalled the game. but unfortunately I couldn't find a solution :(
Thanks for your reply and for sharing the steps you've tried already.
We will do our best to help where we can.
So we can ensure you have the best connection, can you please follow the steps in this article[team17.helpshift.com], and reach out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to open your NAT?
If you are still experiencing connection issues after performing the steps in the article provided above and opening your NAT, can you please tell us the following information:
- What country are you currently living in?
- Steam Download Region (Steam Settings, Downloads)
- What is your internet speed? Internet Speed Test[www.speedtest.net]
- Are you using a VPN?
- What is your NAT set to?
We look forward to hearing back from you.Regards,

For more information on opening ports for Hell Let Loose, please see the following article:

If the issue persists following this, can you please check your anti-virus/firewall/Windows Defender is not blocking the game in any way?We would also recommend making sure that the following exceptions are added to any anti-virus/firewall or Windows Defender software you may be using:
- HLL.exe - Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose
- HLL_BugReportUploader.exe - Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose
- HLL-Win64-Shipping.exe - Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Binaries\Win64
- EasyAntiCheat.exe - Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat

I did all of them but same problem...
Thanks for getting back to us.
Can you please attempt to play online from a mobile hotspot? To do this, please disconnect your mobile device from any wifi or internet connection and turn on your mobile hotspot on the data only - then connect your PC to your mobile device and attempt to enter a game and see if you are able to play without error. This may help us establish where the issue is coming from.
We would also recommend testing the game while running a VPN if this is possible.
Get back to us when you can and let us know how you get on.

i am facing the same problem then I tried to play from my mobile hotspot and the problem was solved but still I can not play on my home net
Run Steam as admin
Update GPU drivers
Install NVidia GE Force Experience and allow that to customize my ingame settings
Disabling IPv6
Disabling/enabling my ethernet connection
Resetting my router
Rebooting my pc
Forwarding the ports for HLL on said router
Disabling my Windows Defender firewall
Clearing Steam download cache
Flushing DNS cache
Limiting in-game ping through Steam menu
I hope this helps. Just adding another thing for people to try
Thanks for getting in touch - sorry to see you're having some connection issues.
If the game is working without issue on a mobile hotspot, this indicates that there is something on your router, modem or connection that is blocking you from connecting - we'd recommend contacting your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or router manufacturer to discuss further if there are any settings in place that are preventing you from playing.
You may be able to place your PC into DMZ, as CrookedJay has mentioned this has helped him - this would be something we would also recommend discussing with your ISP as due to the varied nature of connections and routers we are unable to provide specific steps on how to do this.
Please do get back to us and let us know how you get on with your ISP.
