Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to hear you're having issues getting past the press button screen.
Are you trying to get past this screen with a controller or your keyboard and mouse?
Do you have any extra peripherals plugged into your PC that may be interfering with this at all such as an extra controller, racing wheel/pedal or joystick? If so, please disconnect these before retesting.
If the issue persists, could you please pop us over your DxDiag information - you can do this by following the steps below:
- Hold down the Windows Key and press R.
- The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
- Click OK
- Click Save All Information
- Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
- Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
- Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://pastebin.com/
- Copy the link to your post and paste in your reply

I can see from your DxDiag that you're using some software that may be interfering with your connection to the game - can you please uninstall WTFast and see if the issue persists? To do this:
- Click Start
- Select or type 'Control Panel'
- Click Uninstall a program
- Select WTFast from the list
- Click Uninstall, and follow the on-screen instructions
If the issue persists following this, Can you please follow the steps in the link to perform a clean boot?[team17.helpshift.com]A clean boot is being used to start your Windows device using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.
Once this is done please launch the game to see if the issue still continues.
To re-enable your start-up programs:
- Follow the steps above again but enable all of your programs and services.
- Then click Apply and restart your computer.

Can you please re-send us your dxdiag as this has been removed?
Please can you also try running the game as an administrator:
- Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
- Go to Properties then the 'Installed Files' tab.
- Click 'Browse'
- Locate the game executable (the application).
- Right-click it and go to Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the Run this program as an administrator box.

Can you please also share with us a screenshot of the error you receive?
To take a screenshot, please make sure, that you have Steam Overlay enabled in your game
- Go to Steam -> Settings.
- Click the In-Game tab.
- Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game"
- Go to Library.
- Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
- Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.
In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and Upload your screenshot, make it public. Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...")Get back to us when you can!
