Thats the thing, the game just closes itself and it gives me no errors thats why I wanted to know where the crash logs where. Sometimes the crash itself will cause my entire computer to restart.
Thank you kindly for sharing your dxdiag information with us.
Often if the PC itself is restarting there is a hardware issue or some other software issue causing this as the game on it's own is not able to do this.
It looks like your graphics drivers are currently out of date, could you please download and install the latest drivers for your RTX 4070 TI card?
To do this please go to the Nvidia webpage via the below link and follow the instructions.
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/216299/en-us/
Let's also make sure that your computer is not attempting to run the game via your integrated graphics card, rather than your dedicated NVidia graphics card.
To run the game through your dedicated graphics card, you may need to refer to your graphics card manufacturer's documents. If you are still unsure of how to do this, please contact the manufacturer of your graphics card directly.
We are unable to directly offer you instructions on how to do this. However, if you are connected to the internet, you may find the following useful:
- Right-click your desktop, and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
- From the left, select Manage 3D Settings.
- Select Program Settings and navigate to select the program. (If the program is not in the list, select Add > navigate to the folder ‘…\Steam\steamapps\common’, select the game name folder and then select the .exe.
- Click High Performance to select the higher power graphics card to use for that specific application.
After the steps please retest the game to see if the problem still continues.Select Apply.
We do see some DLL crashes so please can you install vcredist packages directly from the Microsoft page:
- Go to the Microsoft official download page here.[support.microsoft.com]
- Install packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, and 2019. You will need to install two files: x86 and x64.
- Reboot your PC and retest the game.

Our apologies for the delayed reply.
As you mention the issue also occurs on other games, unfortunately it seems to be more likely a hardware issue.
We would however recommend running a memory test check.
You can find out more about how to do this by clicking right here[www.howtogeek.com], though it would be best if you could use MemTest86.
Otherwise, we'd recommend contacting a PC specialist for further support on the issue as we can only help with gameplay issues.
Do let us know how you get on!

Never experienced this issue before with any other software
Here's the link to the dxdiag file

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue.
Do you receive any error messages at all when this happens?
If you do refund the title we will not be able to troubleshoot the issue any further as you would need to have the title installed for us to do so.

Team17 Support
No there's no error message whatsoever. I followed all steps you advised dear dealer to do and it didn't help.
I just wanted to let you guys know so you, know it is a problem affecting a number of players
Thanks for getting back to us.
Unfortunately, we don't have many other reports of this such exact issue occurring.
Is it stuck on a particular screen at all or does it get stuck on different screens?
Is there any pattern on when this occurs?
We do also see some system errors, so to reveal any possible issues with your Windows system, we would like to recommend that you please attempt the following actions:
- Open the Windows Start Menu
- Type “cmd”
- Right-click on Command Prompt > Run as administrator
- Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes
- Press Enter
- If the process has revealed/resolved any issues, please attempt to run the game again

I have found this advice from another player who has this issue. The scan resolved all problems with dll files but the problem with the game persists.
It gets stuck a couple seconds after deploying. Sometimes I can run or look around for one or two seconds. It is very slow though already. The game then freezes never later than that. It has never crashed in the main menu the server list or before deoplying so far.

considering this is a very specific problem I think it is surprising to see this many people with the same problem
