High Ping

Does anybody experience a high ping increase during the game? Usually my ping is about 80ms, on european servers. But since a few days, sometimes during the game, it get up to 130ms and doesn´t fall back to 80ms. The game is unplayable then. (For declaration,i´ve started with 80ms Ping, and the increase to a high ping was about half an hour to an hour after starting the map). If the server reloads a new map, the ping gets back to 80ms and everything is fine. I didn´t experience this problem before, i hope it´s not a new feature of patch 14.3

I'm having a similar issue. Out of nowhere, my ping is 150 and I am at 16 FPS when I'm normally near 80.

In addition, i don´t have any FPS drop. FPS stays at about 60 during the Ping issue.

Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to hear you're having issues with high ping whilst trying to play Hell Let Loose.

Can you please try the following steps:

1. Go to Steam Settings > In-Game
   
2. Change the max ping from Automatic (5000) to 250 (the Lower)
   
3. Restart Steam (log out and log back on)
   
4. Start the game, click Enlist and wait for the server list to refresh

If the ping issue you are experiencing continues following this, and so we can ensure you have the best connection, can you please follow the steps in the article below, and reach out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to open your NAT?
