Selected loadout / appearance is not saving

Every time i start the game, the loadout and appearance of tank crew, support and riffleman are back to STOCK. I have to select the Level 8 Uniforms EVERYTIME again, to use them in game.
Why does the game NOT SAVE the LOADOUT and UNIFORM only on these classes?
All other classes keep their p,.e. Level 10 uniform .....
Was there a point where game stopped saving this stuff?

Did you happen to do performance tweaks recently that involved making a file read only?

They should at least make a steam achievement out of this.. Like.. "Change uniform 100 times"

easy fix at least for people that also are into Bob the builder instead of playing the game

hmm no, i just added steam startup parameters but this was shortly after release.

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue, we've moved your report to our report a problem forum to offer further support.

Can you please clear your game cache in localappdata folder:

1. Click on the windows logo, type %localappdata%, and Enter
   
2. Open HLL folder and go to Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor
   
3. Delete GameUserSettings.ini file (if this does not work, delete the entire HLL folder)
   
4. Launch game.
