every time i open the games i must go through all my settings ( mainly audio and game setting such as turn off hints and ect. ) i have tried reset to factory and adjusting in game and also in menu

Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to hear you're having issues with your in-game settings with Hell Let Loose.

Please can you try running the game as an administrator:

1. Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
   
2. Go to Properties then the Local Files tab.
   
3. Click Browse Local Files.
   
4. Locate the game executable (the application).
   
5. Right-click it and go to Properties.
   
6. Click the Compatibility tab.
   
7. Check the Run this program as an administrator box.

Can you please also clear your game cache in localappdata folder:

1. Click on the windows logo, type %localappdata% and Enter
   
2. Open HLL folder and go to Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor
   
3. Delete GameUserSettings.ini file (if this does not work, delete the entire HLL folder)
   
4. Launch game

If the issue persists following this, please let us know and we can investigate further.
