I deinstalled the EaseUS Program, this should do it?
Thank you for getting back to us.
We believe the program you uninstalled should also get rid of ensserver.exe, I would suggest running the game and waiting to see if the problem continues, if it does take another Dxdiag and send it to us and we will be able to see if this program is still running on your system.
We look forward to your reply.
Regards,
Team17 Support
Thanks for sending us over a new DxDiag.
It appears as though the EaseUS program is still running and crashing on your system. We would recommend checking your system for all files related to this program and making sure they have been removed from your system before retesting. You may be able to find the files related to this in the following location, however, this path may differ depending on where you have it installed: C:\Program Files (x86)\EaseUS\ENS.
We would also recommend trying the steps in the following article to perform a clean boot.[team17.helpshift.com]
A clean boot is being used to start your Windows device using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.
Once this is done please launch the game before opening any further programs to see if the issue still continues.
To re-enable your start-up programs:
- Follow the steps above again but enable all of your programs and services.
- Then click Apply and restart your computer.
Please do get back to us and let us know how this goes.Regards,
Team17 Support
Im not connected to a Network. Just Router and Internetconnection. Is this a Problem?
How should i do this?
Thanks for getting back to us.
This isn't a message we have seen or heard of when performing a clean boot using the steps provided above.
As this is a Microsft-specific notification, at this stage, we would recommend contacting Microsoft directly over here[support.microsoft.com] to discuss this before taking any further actions.
Please do let us know how you get on and once you have spoken to Microsoft and solved the above error, if you are still unable to play Hell Let Loose we can investigate further.
Regards,
Team17 Support
Thank you for getting back to us.
Just to confirm if the problem after the clean boot has been resolved, can you just confirm if you have still had the same problem with the game?
We look forward to your reply.
