Не могу скачать обновление

попробовал удалить игру и снова скачать, не помогло. в стиме игра скачалась полностью, но не устанавливается. напротив написано, что "файл с контентом заблокирован" - что это может значить? кто нибудь еще столкнулся с такой проблемой?

Hello. It turned out that the problem was with anti-cheat, although I reinstalled the game, the anti-cheat files were untouched. What helped me was completely deleting all files including anti-cheat and then downloading the game again. thank you for responding.
