Can you please update your graphics card drivers, but perform a CLEAN /full uninstall of your drivers by using a program called (DDU)

Another solution is to drop your memory from ddr4 3200mhz to ddr4 3600mhz.

The memory on my PC is locked in the BIOS. Can't touch it.

We do see MoUsoCoreWorker.exe crashing in your system so to reveal any possible issues with your Windows system, we would like to recommend that you please attempt the following actions:
- Open the Windows Start Menu
- Type “cmd”
- Right-click on Command Prompt > Run as administrator
- Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes
- Press Enter
- If the process has revealed/resolved any issues, please attempt to run the game again
We do notice also that your GPU shows as a laptop GPU, can you please make sure that your GeForce RTX 4070 is the GPU being used to run the game?To run the game through your dedicated graphics card, you may need to refer to your graphics card manufacturer's documents. If you are still unsure of how to do this, please contact the manufacturer of your graphics card directly.
We are unable to directly offer you instructions on how to do this. However, if you are connected to the internet, you may find the following useful:
- Right-click your desktop, and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
- From the left, select Manage 3D Settings.
- Select Program Settings and navigate to select the program. (If the program is not in the list, select Add > navigate to the folder ‘…\Steam\steamapps\common’, select the game name folder and then select the .exe.
- Click High Performance to select the higher power graphics card to use for that specific application.
After the steps please retest the game to see if the problem still continues.Select Apply.

I disabled the integrated graphics in the BIOS.

It's possibly due to disabling the integrated card, could you please re-enable it and then make sure the correct GPU is being used above? Make sure the drivers are also up to date for the integrated GPU.

A clean boot is being used to start your Windows device using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager.
- Click More Details.
- Select the Startup tab.
- Right-click on each item and select Disable.
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type msconfig and press Enter.
- On the Services tab click to select the Hide all Microsoft services checkbox, and then tap or click Disable all.
- Click Apply and restart the computer.
Once this is done please launch the game to see if the issue still continues.To re-enable your start-up programs:

Can you please add -d12 to your game launch options if you haven't already?
- Right-click Hell Let Loose in your Steam Library
- Select Properties
- In Launch Options at the bottom of the General tab type -d12

Can you please confirm if you have any ASUS or Armoury Crate-related applications installed on your PC? If so, can you please disable any of this software and retest the game?
Can you confirm if you are overclocking your PC at all?
If so, please try the game again with the default hardware settings - also try setting your graphic options to the lowest settings and the retest.
Please can you also disable XMP for your RAM?
To do this you need to reboot your PC and enter BIOS. Usually, the XMP profile is clearly marked in the settings. Just look for RAM or Memory Settings option then for XMP or X.M.P. After disabling the option save the settings and open Windows to retest the game.
