Settings Getting Reset To Default

Every time when launch HLL my game-setting get reset to the default settings. I have tried deleting HLL and downloading it again, but sadly this didn't fix my issue.

Does anyone else have the same issue or know how to fix this?
Any ideas are appreciated I am tired of this.

We are sorry to hear you have had a problem with your setting not being saved.

Can you please try the following to see if it will solve the problem your having:

1. Click on the Windows logo, type %localappdata% and Enter
   
2. Open the HLL folder and go to Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor
   
3. Delete the GameUserSettings.ini file
   
4. Launch the game and retest saving your settings

Once you have done this test the game and if the problem continues then please let us know.

I have tried this method and it has not worked. It seems this issue is still happening.

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue as well!

Can you please make sure that no anti-virus, firewall or Windows defender programs are blocking the game at all?
You can try disabling these programs altogether to see if the issue still occurs with them off.
