Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Progression is unable to be lost as this is saved to servers and not your PC for example.
Please can you completely close down Steam (Exit, do not just press the 'x' as this does not close Steam correctly) and then reload?
Can you please also make sure that you are properly connected to the internet and that you're online on Steam?
If there is a break in the connection it will show as everything reset.
Can you please also run the game as an administrator and see if your rank is correct?
- Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
- Go to Properties then the Local Files tab.
- Click Browse Local Files.
- Locate the game executable (the application).
- Right-click it and go to Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the Run this program as an administrator box.
Get back to us when you can.Regards,

I found this by right clicking on the game in steam and clicking properties, then selecting 'Local Files' from the menu on the left and then clicked the 'verify integrity of game files...' which was the bottom option on the right for me.
The reply notes something along the lines of 'the level / progress files were saved on the servers and should sync again the next time I logged on'. The next time I went into a game and joined a server everything OK. Hope the same works for you (fingers crossed).
Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to see you're having some issues with your Hell Let Loose stats!
Could you please try verifying your files following the steps @X-Procrastinator has provided and see if this works?
Then attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved.
If not, please let us know and we can investigate further!

I'm still not seeing my rank anymore. 100+ hours of game progression lost.
Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to hear you're having issues with your rank resetting in Hell Let Loose.
Can you confirm if you have logged in again since trying these steps and if so, has your progression been restored at all?
Please make sure to launch the game from Steam as well and not from the .exe launcher.
Get back to us when you can.

edit: I just went in and died in a game, then things reset.
Thanks for getting in touch - sorry to see your levels have been reset.
Usually, this happens when there is a disconnection with your Steam client or the servers - we find players who experience this disconnect often get their progress back when they next close out the game and log back in.
Some players have found that their progress was restored after logging back in and playing a couple of matches first.
Luckily, all progress made in Hell Let Loose is stored server side so your progress will still be there and you won't have lost anything.
Please do let us know if you are still having this issue after playing some matches when logging back in and if so we can investigate this further :)
