4K Resolution issues

Hi
I have the game both on PC and Xbox Series X - This issue is present on both console and PC.

When changing the resolution to 4k (3840 x 2160) - You are no longer able to select anything on the menus.

This means you cannot tweak controls, graphic settings, respawn, deploy or anything that involves interaction with a menu - Yes, Even quitting the game, On PC you have to open task manager and force respawn, with xbox, press the xbox button then option menu and exit that way.

This seems to be an issue with the menu scaling, I.e the first option highlights, but as soon as you move the mouse over another icon, it doesn't highlight or register when clicking.

You can still play the game, if you lower the resolution to be able to interact with the menu, to be able to start a game up, but by default at 4k, It's technically unplayable due to menu interaction scaling not working properly

Edit:

On PC it works okay after restarting the game...
On Xbox it still doesn't work as expected, This may be because of using mouse/keyboard combination

Hi

Using a Samsung U28R550UQR 28" 4k Monitor for both PC and Xbox (Same monitor)
With Mouse and Keyboard on Xbox The screen doesn't align properly so your unable to click any menu items, You can use the mouse around the screen, However it's stuck in a "Box" I presume of 1080.

Also there doesn't seem to be any mouse/keyboard inputs on Xbox for actual gameplay, so you have to force close the application and restart for it to detect the controller.

Can you please check what the screen scale and layout are set to? 100% or 125%?

Can you please also try the following for PC:

Clear your game cache in localappdata folder:

1. Click on the Windows logo, type %localappdata%, and Enter
   
2. Open HLL folder and go to Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor
   
3. Delete the GameUserSettings.ini file (if this does not work, delete the entire HLL folder)
   
4. Launch game

What resolution are you using if these do not help?

3 years later your ♥♥♥♥ game still has the same unplayable bug. incredible. do you guys take pride in your product at all? guess not
