Progress XP loss/rollback

Hi all,

With the implementation of our progression and commendation system in Patch #7, we came across a recurring issue where players are losing their progress/levels. Since then, we have attempted to fix it, but unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the problem is still present.

That said, we remain committed to fixing this frustrating issue as soon as possible and continue to conduct further testing and gathering data.

We apologise for the frustration caused and rest assured that we are working to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Leveling bug

I started a match at level 17 and ended at level 10. This has happened multiple times and I'm about to lose my mind. Patch 8 says it fixed the leveling bug, but I have seen the greatest decrease in level since updating. You developers need to fix this immediately. It's making me hate the game. I should be level 30 at least by now, but I get demoted 7 levels in 1 match and spend 4-5 matches to level up 1 time. I can't stand this 1 step forward 7 steps backwards crap. Fix the leveling bug!!!

Agreed, I lost 29,000 exp for winning a game. unacceptable. Lost three levels. FOR A WIN!

In a game where we apparently should have won, the game recorded a defeat and then awarded -446 XP and got in a loop adding xp until the next match started (xp that didn't count).

I was Lvl 17... After a long win match I lost 5 lvl. I am lvl 12 now. I think the problem presents when the game have to give huge amounts of XP. Cause I play 3 previous short matches and have no problem...

Losing XP after latest patch

This is still a problem. It was before the patch and now after. I was level 11 last night, won a game and because of the promotion glitch which levels you up like crazy, I lost 30,000XP which brought me back down to level 8. I realistically should be level 30 by now with the hours I have put into the game.

Please sort this out. As this is the only progression part of the game barr the couple of uniforms, playing a game for an hour to then lose XP is getting boring

In their latest dev blog they stated the following.

P.S. We know the EXP System is an important part of the loadout system and are aware of an existing bug that can inhibit progress. This week we’ve been working closely with our Discord community by running ‘punching bag’ servers to assist us in some bug fixing, with a primary focus on the EXP and server crash bugs.

Lets hope it is fixed ASAP.

We are aware of the current issues with the missing experience and are working hard to fix it. This week we will be running further testing with the community and our developers have just recently made the following statement:

We know the EXP System is an important part of the loadout system and are aware of an existing bug that can inhibit progress. This week we’ve been working closely with our Discord community by running ‘punching bag’ servers to assist us in some bug fixing, with a primary focus on the EXP and server crash bugs.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s got involved, it’s been very helpful and progress is being made.

Ranking Bug after end of the round

Hello Guys!

I have after few rounds my XP goes up from example rank 10 to Rank 25
and when the next game start i have rank 7....

It´s make not really fun, always beginning from start.

And u dont fixing this problem after few patches........
