Thanks for sharing that with us.
Let's make sure that your computer is not attempting to run the game via your integrated graphics card, rather than your dedicated NVidia graphics card.
To run the game through your dedicated graphics card, you may need to refer to your graphics card manufacturer's documents. If you are still unsure of how to do this, please contact the manufacturer of your graphics card directly.
We are unable to directly offer you instructions on how to do this. However, if you are connected to the internet, you may find the following useful:
- Right-click your desktop, and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
- From the left, select Manage 3D Settings.
- Select Program Settings and navigate to select the program. (If the program is not in the list, select Add > navigate to the folder ‘…\Steam\steamapps\common’, select the game name folder and then select the .exe.
- Click High Performance to select the higher power graphics card to use for that specific application.
After the steps please retest the game to see if the problem still continues.Select Apply.
To reveal any possible issues with your Windows system, we would like to recommend that you please attempt the following actions:
- Open the Windows Start Menu
- Type “cmd”
- Right-click on Command Prompt > Run as administrator
- Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes
- Press Enter
- If the process has revealed/resolved any issues, please attempt to run the game again
Get back to us when you can.Regards,

and when I did sfc/scannow, it did say some corrupt files were resolved. Unfortunately I did not take the screen shot of it.
The problem is still not resolved , the loading time is till 60 seconds and above
Thank you for trying those steps.
Are you able to install the game onto an internal HDD and test the loading time? It doesn't matter if it's an SSD or not.
We do also notice the following under your graphics section Trigger 6 External Graphics.
Please make sure that this is not interfering with the game at all and try disabling/removing it if possible.
You can also try turning down the settings to see if this helps the loading issues.

Also can you guide me on how to disable Trigger 6 External Graphics ? I am unable to find online sources
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, we're not able to give steps on this as we are only game support.
We would recommend seeking professional PC support if you're unable to find anything online.
However, it seems that the issue has been resolved now. The match may take a little time to load as it is loading the map as well as up to 100 players into the game.
This also may vary on the different servers that you play as well.
