Report a translation problem
Thank you very much for your comprehensive report - we have passed this on for our developers to take a look as it has something that has been in our radar for a while.

I have exactly the same problem.
A change by adapting the INI data did not bring anything.
What is the current status of the bug report for you?
When can a fix be expected?
Many greetings
Ghost
Thank you for your report - unfortunately, despite the time elapsed since the first post, we have no news to share. That said, we have passed the feedback on.

In other games that do not support ultrawide, or specifically the (5120 x 1440 - 32:9 Format), such as Squad, I have had luck simply running the game in Windowed (2560 x 1440 - 16:9 Format), which brings the game up in that window at the center of the screen, simply move the task bar to a side of the monitor instead of the bottom and its just like playing on a normal 2560 x 1440 monitor.
In games like Escape From Tarkov, which has the same terribly nauseating zoomed in effect while playing in (5120 x 1440 - 32:9 Format), I am able to play at Fullscreen (2560 x 1440 - 16:9 Format) which simply puts 2 black bars on either side of the displayed game, taking up the remainder of the screen.
If its possible to try and figure out how to code in and implement either things like that, that would make the game (HLL) actually possible to play. Currently its a brutal experience as none of the video settings between Fullscreen, Windowed Fullscreen, and Windowed modes work on the monitor. They all automatically revert to either
A) Filling the monitor entirely, fitting the image to the sides of the screen, cutting off the top and bottom of the image creating a zoomed in feel; Or
B) Creating a windowed effect that has the window bar at the top like your browser or file explorer has and subsequently pushing the 2560x1440 screen under the bottom of the monitor (into the bezel if you will).
I do believe this is because the game automatically wants to fill to the SIDES of the monitor, versus the top/bottom of the monitor.
Hopefully the Devs see this and have an eventual update. The game plays amazingly, but literally resolution makes it almost unplayable with an ultrawide monitor.
I know Post Scriptum had the same issues (remedied the same way I remedied Squad above), but with the last update it now displays perfectly on the (5120 x 1440 - 32:9 Format). I'm not sure what they changed, as it wasn't posted anywhere.

I'd like to report the same issue. I have a Samsung Odyssey G9 and run 5120x1440 at 32:9.
The game looks unbelievably zoomed in. PLEASE make this a priority.
I upgraded my monitor and never expected it to actually make my experience worse.
Thanks for sharing your report with us.
We've added this to our file!
Thank you for your patience and support.
