ADS Field of View ? and increasing overall fps

Hello .
As you might all know , increasing General FoV in HLL increases the average fps drastically ( if you didn't know , well you should try it :D ) . which in my case was around 10-20+ fps which is huge .
But when i go ADS it zooms in and basically it decreases my field of view ( lower than 90 , idk what exactly is the ADS FoV ) and it drops all the fps that i gained and sometimes it stutters in middle and screen tears ( i fixed the fps to 70 to encounter stuttering and tearing ) .
So it will be so good to get an option to disable zooming when i Aim Down Sight ( or like i see in other games it still zooms in but a little bit for example 120 general FoV and 110 ADS FoV ) . I'm not asking to add a slider for ADS fov , but just an option that we can enable or disable .
I'm pretty sure it increases the overall performance if this option be added to the game .
