Please can you update your game to the hotfix that has just released:
Can you please try verifying your game files:
- Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
- Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved.

I installed the hotfix last night and played for 2+ hours without any issues! :)
