Thanks for sharing that with us.
Looking at your DxDiag file it appears that your graphics card's drivers may be already out of date.
Could you please download and install the latest drivers for your Nvidia RTX 3070 card? To do this please go to the Nvidia webpage via the below link and follow the instructions.
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/177774/en-us
Can you please also try the following:
Open the Geforce Experience app, go to settings, turn off the in-game overlay, then turn it back on. You'll be able to open the overlay in-game without restarting the game and turn instant replay back on.
You can also try the following:
Go to your shadow play recording settings: (Where you choose the bit rate, frame rate...) And then put ''IN-GAME RESOLUTION'' instead of using 1440p or 1080p.
Get back to us when you can.

No, you won't be able to open the overlay in-game without restarting. If you press Alt+Z it will put you on desktop
Thanks for getting in touch.
Have you been experiencing the same issue with shadow play on Marauders?
We have tested the steps we provided above and used Alt+Z at all 3 stages and it has worked as intended - if you're being sent to desktop when doing this, we'd recommend contacting NVIDIA[www.nvidia.com] directly to get further support for GeForce Experience, as you should be able to perform these steps without restarting the game or being popped back to your desktop! :)
We hope this helps but if not, and the issue with shadow play persists, please do let us know and we can investigate further!
Regards,
Team17 Support
