Not gaining any rank or class XP

This has happened across several games now, across multiple days. I've leveled up to rank 89 multiple times but when I look in the barracks or in game, I'm still rank 88. I'm also getting no class XP after a match, also isn't displaying the correct amount at the end of a round. Would be great if I could get the XP back.
I've repaired my game files, restarted multiple times but that hasn't worked. Still getting no actual XP towards anything.

Match 1:
Hitting rank 89 in my first game, hardly gained any class progression

End of game scoreboard showing overall score

Match 2:
Me hitting rank 89 again in one of my games and the classes hardly progressing

Rank 89 shown in game, also my score

Still showing rank 88 in the barracks. Class progression hasn't moved here either

This happens when someone plays on a new server that was not reported by the server hosting company to Team17 to be whitelisted, which they have the obligation to do on behalf of the server admins. Do you recall the server details so that we can take a look? It should be something similar to this format:

EXODUS-3 | EXD-CLAN.COM | EXODUS LET LOOSE IP: 37.187.157.115:8530"
