Thanks for sharing your dxdiag and the error.
Could you please verify your game files:
- Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
- Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved
This error can also mean memory failure or overheating, so please could you run a memory test on your computer?Can you please try removing this folder: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Content\Paks
And then restart the game.
Let's also make sure there are no windows updates to do:
- Select the Start button
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update
- Select Check for updates
- Install any updates that are shown
- Once this is done, test the game

So, good news, I got it working! But I'm not sure why or how.
I reinstalled back onto my C drive (boot drive) and tested, which had the same error. I then validated the files and tested, which still didn't work. Then I did some light reading...
Now this is the weird bit, for some reason, I went into the HLL\Binaries\Win64 and double clicked the shipping.exe file out of frustration. It threw some error.
Now, I did nothing else but validated files again and it said '1 file could not be verified so it will be reacquired' or something to that affect, and basically, now it works!
All of the 'validate files' I did, it never once showed this error. I hope this helps you diagnose the problem, even though there's not much to go on.
This was a few days ago so I wanted to test a good few games, but here we are, all fixed.
