Thanks, but i dont want abuse my OS with restore tools if someshit anticheat cant work properly.
Sorry to hear that you are having this issue - would it be possible to see your system information? To do this:
- Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
- Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
- Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
- Copy the link to your post

Did you install on the same paritition as Windows ? (I.e C:/?), Windows 10 doesn't like stuff being installed on C:/ without being in an admin account.
People keep telling me it doesn't matter, but I have come across numerous problems with some games when they were installed on the same disk as Windows. Not sure if it's due to Defender, or Windows 10 security updates in general.
Try installing it on a other paritiion and run steam in admin mode.
Alternatively you can try this.
Right click - properties - Local files - browse local files -> EasyAntiCheat -> Delete Certificate folder.
if u delet this, you can't play.
I am again installed latest videodriver from Nvidia Experience app - nothing changed.
reinstall after, EAC
Thank you for sending your system information over - everything seems in order. Can you confirm which Anti-Virus/Firewall you are using, and can you confirm that EAC and the HLL folder are whitelisted?

Could this be due to the new Nvidia drivers problem?
We do not believe that it's related to the new Nvidia drivers, but feel free to test by installing an older version. That said, let's troubleshoot EAC to see if any of the steps help:
Windows Driver Signature Permissions
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF , press "Enter"
bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF , press "Enter"
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns
Windows Services
Easy Anti Cheat repair
Corrupted System Files
EAC Network Access
Ensure you can access our Content Distribution Network by following these links.
You should see the message: '200 - HTTP OK'Whitelisting/Excluding Hell Let Loose
Please ensure that HLL and EAC are both added to the Windows Defender Firewall exceptions
Stop all unnecessary background applications
As the title suggests, please close every application that is not needed and retest.

Team17 Support
Important note: when installing this fresh driver (441.87 whql), Windows gives a warning about a compatibility problem or something like that, unfortunately I did not remember verbatim. There was an item to trust the installation from this source and continue.
EDIT2:
Need to Update Win7 this patch - SHA-2 update (KB4474419)
It will be fix untrusted sys file checks. Thx to Nvidia forum.
