Game suddenly freezes
I've bought the game just a day ago and tried to play it but wasn't able to compete in any match.
I already was looking for a solution to fix my problem but had no progress yet.

It stucks after a few minutes ingame. No issues on Main menu, I can go arround there as long as I'm up to without any freezes... it all just starts as soon as I join a server.

No clue why and what it could be so I hope to find an answer right here...

Don't know if any of my parts are not compatible with it somehow... but I keep my Drivers up to date so that shouldn't be a thing.

have my DxDiag: https://justpaste.it/56vos

Do you have installed Hell Let Loose on HDD or SSD?
Speedii May 31, 2020 @ 4:07pm
I installed it on an HDD
SSD is only for system

I think that's the problem. Other people have the same issues also whit other games made whit UE4 (like Assetto Corsa Competizione). Installing the game on a SSD/fast disk can fix the problem

(i have a PC whit i3-6100 and RX 460, game on SSD and no problems)

Greetings Speedii,

Sorry to hear that you are having these issues - it seems that your Windows is out of date, so let's update it and retest the game. To update your Windows:

Click on the Windows Key, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update

Sorry this is a bit late, but I've been having a similar issue. Before the recon update I hadn't played for a while, and it seems that afterwards a few minutes into a game that runs fine I crash. No stutter beforehand or anything. At first it was after ~5 min in game, now it's more like 10-15 min. Any help would be much appreciated.

Greetings tacohamster,

Sorry to hear that you are having these issues - can we get your full system information so that we can try to help? To do this:
  1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
  2. Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
  3. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
  4. Copy the link to your post

I'm a bit paranoid on sharing the dxdiag file on open forums (sorry lol), but I can say the processor (in terms of GHz) is ~2.8GHz, but I meet the other system requirements, and have it installed on a SSD. I haven't had frequent problems in the past though and can usually run the game on high graphic settings. I've only had this happening since the most recent major update, too. Thanks for the reply!
