Same thing here, bran new problem, never had this issue before. Suddenly I can't load into a server, it just hangs for 10 minutes in the load screen, or freezes.

I have the same problem. I played yesterday night and today morning without any problem but afternoon I couldn't play because of the problem that you mentioned. Loading battle screen stays endlessly (waited like 20 mins just to be sure). Then found the reason was due to an error in the background ( which game had never warned me about, accidentally saw while trying to get the computer alive by signing off). It was Easy Anti-Cheat "Game Security Violation Detected #00000001". Repaired the anti-cheat, reinstalled the game, stopped some background services that might interfere, disabled firewall and windows defender; nothing helped. Still can't play...

Infinite loading screen
Hi, since yesterday evening I have an issue on HLL. Everytime I want to join a server I am stuck in an infinite loading screen. I have to press Alt F4 and then close the application. Tried it also on Post Scriptum and same thing. I didnt even get to the menu as I am stuck in the pre-menu loading screen. Is this because of Anti Cheat?

Here are some things I tried to get this fixed:

Checked for System Updates
Checked for updates of my Graphics Card Driver
Repaired Anti Cheat Software
Reinstalled HLL twice
Reinstalled Steam
Tried to open HLL as an Administrator
Verified Integrity of game files in Steam few times

Nothing of these worked out for me. Maybe someone can help?

Same as me, worked fine yesterday. I think it has to do something with anti-cheat because I also tried Post Scriptum which also has anti-cheat and also here I am stuck in an endless premenu loading screen.

Hey all,

Sorry to hear that this is happening - as some of you mention that it might be due to Easy Anti Cheat, let's follow all the troubleshooting steps to see if they help:

Windows Driver Signature Permissions

  1. Press Start(Windows) button
  2. type cmd in the search or Run box, press "Enter"
  3. in the command prompt enter these lines:
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF , press "Enter"

bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF , press "Enter"
  4. Reboot your PC in order to apply the changes.
  5. Click on the Windows icon and type 'command', and open Command Prompt as an administrator. Then type the following lines:

    netsh winsock reset
    ipconfig /flushdns

  6. Then reboot your PC
  7. Retest

Windows Services
  1. Press the Windows Key, type "Services" and click on "Run as Administrator"
  2. In here, locate "EasyAntiCheat", right-click and select "properties"
  3. Under the General tab, change "Startup type" to Automatic
  4. Press Apply, then OK and retest

Easy Anti Cheat repair
  1. Right click on "Hell Let Loose" in your Steam library, select "Properties" and then click on "Browse Local Files..."
  2. In here, enter the folder "EasyAntiCheat" and double click on "easyanticheat_setup.exe" and select "Repair" which should be on your left corner
  3. Restart your PC and retest

Corrupted System Files
  1. Press Start(Windows) button
  2. type cmd in the search or Run box, press "Enter"
  3. in the command prompt enter these lines: sfc /scannow
  4. Restart your PC and retest

EAC Network Access
Ensure you can access our Content Distribution Network by following these links.
  1. https://download.eac-cdn.com/
  2. https://download-alt.easyanticheat.net/
You should see the message: '200 - HTTP OK'

Whitelisting/Excluding Hell Let Loose

Depending on your current installed anti-virus, please add Hell Let Loose to the expectations list, for example:

Avast[support.avast.com]
AVG[support.avg.com]

Stop all unnecessary background applications

As the title suggests, please close every application that is not needed and retest.

Please do let us know if any of this helps.

none of the methods help. still have problem
Dogma May 6, 2020 @ 5:23am
For those who still have that problem, the following process worked for me:

1. Click on your Windows Button, type in %localappdata% then press Enter.

2. Delete you HLL Folder (these are your individual game presets, you will have to change them back)

3. Click your Windows Button once again and type command or cmd, press Enter.
(If questioned start as Administrator)

Type in the following:

netsh winsock reset
ipconfig/flushdns

Then press Enter

You will get a notification to restart your PC, do so.

4. Now your HLL should run without any issues.

Maybe I could help with this one.
