Although it did now decide to complain about dsound.dll. So I tried another copy of this specific DLL from a mate and still no luck.
I can access the distributution network.
I uninstalled Origin
I uninstalled Malware bytes too.
HLL is whitelisted through the remaining Windows Firewall.
All background apps are closed and as many services as possible are closed.
It does take a few minutes before it returns the error message.
All other games work and this issue has come out of nowhere. Including Witcher 3 and Bannerlords 2.
If I delete the certificates folder in EAC, the game will load. It will fall over a few mins
with the anticheat time out. But this test gives me some confidence it's the EAC opposed to the game. So no change, other then it complains about a different DLL.
But stumped really.
Thank you very much for the update, sounds like some old/corrupted system files, glad that its running now!
Regards,

I use "Equalizer APO" with "Peace Equalizer, interface Equalizer APO".
It's an equalizer for the headphones and sound on windows.
Sometimes with a new windows updates it don't work and the game don't launch.
Error : "0xc000007b" and "untrusted system file C\windows\system32\normalize.dll"
From anticheat I guess.
Solve it by uninstall those two software and install them again with lastest update, or sometimes just uninstall them and wait for an update :(
